Just bought the car!!!
Suspension Info: This is what I have on the ride, Ground Control coilovers
Megan rear upper control and toe control arms,Suspension technique front and rear sway bars.
Problem: I know lowering my 240 will angle the tires from how the camber sits on the car, but my tires are sitting right against the coilovers! How tires work are in fact only suppose to be making contact with the road, but mine are against the coilovers and the road :wackit:. It is eating my tires like I eat my donuts! I do not know much about suspension so any advice would help. I jacked the car up and tried to remove the rims but didn't get a keylug socket to remove the damn things so I tried to fit my head in there the best that I can to see what was going on but still no luck. I can grab the top of the tire and bottom with the lugs as tight as they will go and I can push/pull the tire towards/away from the car. (NOT STEERING) I figured it was the ball joints but wanted to ask for some advice and learn a little! :bigok:
Extra: Also I was wondering how to get my car to sit low, while keeping the angles of the tires at minimal so I don't throw my money away when I slap some new tread on it. I have spacers as well that I was thinking about throwing on there but someone told me it is not good to use them?
Thanks ahead of time for any advice that is relaid to me!
