i'll be getin some dough in the next paycheck so next month i want to uprade my wheels. im ****ing sick of the adrs i have ill probably sell em to my roomate :D

ok heres what im planning on, counting i want them flush.

17*8 all around, with 215/45/17 tires (for now till i get more dough for 225 and 235 series).

what i want is the new 4 lug FN01r-C 5zigens, since they just came out.

offset is 35 on these. i being told they would be "somewhat" flush. but im not sure. what you guys think?

thanks for any advice

EDiT: i REALLy dont want to have spacers on new wheels, so 2nd choice would be gram lights with lower offset. they just cost more bucks.... oh well

sounds like it will work nicely, but why go for a 215? the difference in width vs price is very very little..

im running almost new 711 right now, and they are 215:)

but that for a lil while till i get more $$

edit: wheel offset calcualator says it will be extended 18mm compared to now. so im "asuming" it will be flush. but... asumption is the mother of all **** ups, thats why im asking if it will be flush.

there is nothing wrong with running spacers. They are perfectly safe if you buy the right ones and install them properly. a 10mm spacer on those would make them much better and a 15 would be even better!:)

yes, there is nothing wrong with running QUALITY spacers.. as long as they are, ahem, QUALITY.

Wheel spacers can be a nightmare if they they are bad quality OR if they are not used with longer, stronger wheel studs, You just need to know what you are doing.

so per se, H&R spacers, and longer studs should be fine? i dont know spacers always made me paranoid. :boink:

Yes, H&R spacers are a great choice. Any H&R spacer that is 10mm or larger come with longer studs, so you don't have to worry about getting some elsewhere.

I can see why you feel that way about spacers. Its all the bad information put out there by idiots who don't really have any idea what they are talking about.
