This is in the front bumper. What is the module thing and what does this plug go to? It's in the wiring with the lights. I assume it has something to do with the Canadian running lights? And that thing links to be a temp sensor. Do I need it? http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i183/LiNkInPaRk3184/1288729386040.jpg http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i183/LiNkInPaRk3184/1288729425730.jpg

Mobile browser? I can't load 800 mb of a pdf file to look at the fsm. Put your thinking cap on before you come back at me. Or leave this thread alone so someone else can actually help me.
what color wires does the plug have and where is it located?

and thank you
Canadian Day time running light plugs are only two wires, Black and Purple.
What wires lead into the plug?
And where is that sensor located (more details), will help me narrow down the search?

the plug is for the popup light motors. the sensor thing is for the cooling system, which i wouldnt remove

Looks like this thing I asked about in the Identify thread.
What is this? It bolts to the center core support brace on an S13 and I have always wondered what it does. Thank you.

This is what I was told.
ambient air temp sensor. (for A/C)
There is a connector going to it from the harness by the radiator. However, after learning it is for the A/C; which I do not have; I removed it.

^ this is correct for the sensor.... was having a brain fart on the name. if you dont have ac it is removable., and the plug is for the popup light motors

My apologies, I did not realize you were asking about two different things, as I thought it was the plug for the sensor.
But yes, the plug you are holding would go to the pop-up headlight motor.

Ok. Thanks guys. I'm stripping my harness and tuck it all in the cabin and am just trying to get rid of stuff if I can! And come to think of it... that plug did have the infamous brown wire... should have known.
