I change the oil every 3500 using Mobile 1 10w-30 and use only 93 octane despite how painful fills up are.

Cons: Seam spilt on the bottom part of the S14 leather seat. There's a tear on the carpet on the drivers side floor. 1 crack on the dash and two chips on top of the gauge bezel. Carpet could use a shampoo.

bottom end was bought new from the dealer Ka24e pistons, rods, and rings.
I have photos of the compression check and it's 190 psi across all 4 cylinders.
Electric fan, not too sure what CFM, but it cools the engine fine.
"hot cam" swap 248 degree intake, 232 degree exhaust.

Tein springs and Tokio blues on all 4 corners

I was told it had an Exedy stage 1 clutch, but I never separated to varify what brand, however it is definitely staged.

It has an open diff in the car, I will throw in another open diff to get welded.
