Still FIA certified until aboot 2012 (We'll all be dead then anyways). Comes with shoulder pads.

I will ask at work tomorrow (I work at UPS). Pads can be included.


Also, to clarify some questions: There are NO boxes, NO paperwork, NO eye bolts. Hence the decently cheap price.
