What aren't you happy about anyways?
Your paintjob looks better than mine. I paid $3400 and looking down the passenger, it looks like the Atlantic Ocean. :bash:

well you can't really tell in the pictures, but it appears that about 2/3 of my intercooler is now painted white :(
I have to wait a bit for the paint to set and then I am gonna take off the bumper and soake the intercooler in gasoline for a while to try to get it off. Unless of course someone has a better idea of how to get paint off of an intercooler...
and if you can't see what else I am talking about, then yay :D

I was going to metion the IC and the cloggled look as well. Try to use a small brass brush and some paint thinner. Compressed air on low and a large brush and water hose. Follow up with dish washing detergent.
Brake fluid also is good at dissolving paint like that. I guess you should have covered it up with cardboard masking...but that was then, this is now. For O spray on plastic..etc...paper towel and brake fluid..keep it off the good paint..
Some reason brake fluid gets warm feeling when cutting paint...turn the rag a lot or paper towels, have many rolls.
Follow up with sponge and d washing detergent.
The looks awesome man! TOo bad we cant see the screw ups, but for $800 you cant really complain.

I personally like white s13's =) Yours looks pretty clean. Keep it that way!
UH.... the front bumper looks like you swapped to 91+. I heard you need 2 pieces to get rid of that misalignment on the sides of the bumper. Other than that your cars pretty hotness.
I noticed the unpainted rear panel under yor tail lights, is that what you meant about a $800 paint job?
And is that your house? because who ever put that Supra spoiler on the accord needs to be slapped.

Yes, the panel under the tailights is supposed to be black, I wanted it that way. Also I know the bumper is a 91+ and I have a 90, I wanted that that way also, looks ghetto, but it is original. And you CAN see the screw ups in the pics if you know what you are looking for, but I will not point them out :)
Also, the accord is my wife's car, but we are getting rid of that and fixing up the blue S13 in the pics in much the same way we have done mine.

If the gasoline/paintthinner dont work, then try some sandpaper

I think I am gonna try the whole deal, first brake fluid, then gasoline, then paint thinner, then ammonia, then bleach...
lol, this car might kill me yet :D
What about one of those machine shops that have those baths that they put metal stuff in to eat off the paint without touching it? would that work? I know a friend of mine that had that done to his head on his talon and it looked brighter than it EVER had, super clean...

GOOD NEWS!!!
I tried a few things with one of the other parts the car has overspray on (namely the little plastic dealies that go around the headlights) First I tried brake fluid, while it does eat the paint, it takes for freaking ever. However, I tried acetone and the paint practically fell off instantaneously. Now I just have to get about 2 gallons of acetone to soak my IC in and all will be well :D
Thanks for the idea Bill!
