I don't know if it really was a teen movie. The characters were in fact teenagers but the content may have been geared for a mature audience. But then again, what would i know - I was a teenager not two years ago.

This movie had potential, but the execution was pretty poor in some parts that could have been a lot more funny.

I saw it a couple days ago. I thought I would enjoy it, but then as the movie ended, I realized I did not like it and did not laugh during the movie. :(

i thought it was funny, but then again, im not uptight about movies and enjoy mostly all of them. oh, and emma stone :boink:

Have not seen this movie, but I saw the trailers, and that Emma Stone girl looks like she got fat.
I am also tired of the smart-mouth alt-girl character that so many movies seem to have.

P.S.
In my opinion Zombieland would have been better without the two girls. They ruined it by doing girl things, i.e. acting tough & smart while making dumb decisions. I would have enjoyed it more if it was just about the two guys' adventures & bromance.

Also, that Cera wannabe's character made me throw up just reminding me of guys I've known that do fail at life that bad.

On that note I did see it and love Emma Stone. I saw it in Vegas at the Orleans. These movies usually have tons of megahotness in them as well. I would still crush Amanda Bines!
By the way Emma Stone is in talks for Mary Jane (Spiderman) yesss!

i really enjoyed zombieland, but you bring up a good point. woody harrelson and that dorky kid had some good characters. two buddies killing zombies and trying to survive. one guy kicking ass and the other providing comedic relief. hell, even if they had a group of 4 guy buddies going commando on a bunch of zombies would be entertaining if it was a buddy type movie (like expendibles)

other than eye candy from emma stone, the girls seem to just slow them down by stealing their vehicles/supplies and getting trapped and needing to be rescued. young child girl was just a nuisance. sort of like hit girl from kickass.
