FYI you can get kouki tails with the lower metal garnish for 450 + shipping... hardly a hella good deal what he is asking.
can you provide me some links to back up your statement? cause when i look it up on google shopping all i find is

Interested in the kouki lights but $350 (lights)+$80 (lower piece)= $430 all together with scratches and used.... Seems a bit much.
they do sell for $450 NEW (complete set)
