Non abs car having abs?

Hey guys my car doesnt have abs when i slam on the brakes, but if im doin over a hundred and gently apply the brakes it seems to do the abs thing is this what it is supposed to do? if not what do u think is worng

Yea sounds like warped rotors to me. Get them checked out, either resurfaced or get new ones. Rotors are expensive.
