I am about to ka-t and know I will probably be posting alot since I do not know all there is to know about ka-t.This will be my technical questions/build thread. This is going to be a daily driven car and I hope to get somewhere around 250hp,and keep it somewhat reliable. It is currently on stock internals. So here we go,dont hate but constructive criticism is appreciated along with your thoughts. Give them but please dont be rude.
I also plan on taking it to a local guy to get it dynotuned when everything is installed.(more than likely trailered there)
What I have.
AEM Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge w/ o2 sensor
Autometer Boost Gauge
Autometer Oil Pressure Gauge
Autometer Water temp gauge
2 T25 turbos(for sale) I want to get a T28
Tapped oil pan
(4) 370cc injectors
Front Mount Intercooler
Intercooler Piping (I think I have it all)Not sure which pieces go where :/
Downpipe
Bottom mount manifold
turbo elbow
piece that comes off turbo and goes to downpipe(what is this called)?
oil line connecting from the turbo to an oil sandwhich plate
(how do i get the oil pressure gauge hooked up???)
blitz bov(rubber hose attached)has a smaller rubber hose attached and I dont know where it goes) where do I hook the boost gauge up to?
z32 n62 MAF
knockoff HKS filter
Apexi SAFC II
two other oil lines coming off the turbo?(confused on where they go)

My car smokes after sitting at idle,im pretty sure its just white smoke and ive been told it was the headgasket.

So i will be taking the head off to change the headgasket (what else should I do while doing this)
I also need to change the knock sensor as it is bad.
I want to remove the EGR crap

Does anyone know a good place to get gaskets for the turbo and other parts/ and where to get bolts/nuts for the manifold and other parts of the turbo setup such as downpipe and pipe connecting the compressor and downpipe.

What other gaskets should I replace/what else should I do?
Sorry for making this so unorganized

I know I need:
Fuel Pump

if the car is smoking after sitting at idle like at a stop light or something its the valve stem seals, not the headgasket.

thank you for that, how difficult are those to change?I read that they are relatively cheap.I still plan on changing the headgasket to a cometic one anyways
