This car has been my project since i was 18. I could of sent it to a shop but i wanted to see if i could do it. Do not expect professional work, I did what i can. I finally got the car to run and dont have time to finish the car. I feel that it has been around to long and its a never ending money pit. I fell in love with the Z for its classy lines and more importantly, being smog exempt. I hope this goes to a good and knowledgeable owner. I want to sell this and get something more my age and simply enjoy life. Picked up a miller mig and went at it. The car starts and everything seems to be working.



Know bads:
-Title is salvaged. Do not know why
-Wont go into reverse for some reason
-Floors, rails, battery tray, inner fenders, rear shelf have no rust but it seems the rear driver side skirt seems to have a rust issue

R-154 trans does not have a reverse synchro. So most likely cause is that the reverse gear isnt fully turned to be inline with the reverse gear fork. Same thing happens with my trans. Spin the trans while in neutral and it should line up.

I'd love to get my hands on something like this, but i cant personally. Has a lot of potential. GLWS.

Sorry but no pics. There's no design on the LED lights like the cool kids but its a lot brighter than the factory light bulbs. The turn signals are all wired in but LED lights require a no load flasher so it currently lights up solid. The front clear turn signal light up great though :)

The goal of this car was to have a 2lb / 1hp ratio and be smog exempt. Was planning on running mickey thompson ET streets II 345 in the rear to hook all this power and 305 up front to stop on a dime. Coilovers all around and fully adjustable suspension that can be setup to any race spec desired. With a practically bullet proof q45 r200 lsd rear end with custom axles. It truly is a solid platform.

gusisboosted: I plan on driving it around the block just to see it drive. Its registered and insured and plates are all there. Just need some lap belts and a helmet, no windshield.

iceman832: Car will NOT come with the windshield and rear hatch with glass. I do have 2 sets of the rear 1/4 glass. and the door glass are intact, just rolled down.

hey I was just looking over your pics and i saw that you did a scroll valve/ butter fly set up on your trubo! Thats Great Set up! Makes the turbo spool faster and also gives you like 30% more power off the line! Im not just talking about it because i have seen in in You Tube Videos But I have made one for a buddy and his t80 set up on his turbo mustang! Wish i could see more people with the fabrication work that you have done on their so called "BUILT" cars with just bolt on's Hahaha....no but really good job on that and just because i want to see you finish your car "I HOPE IT DOESN"T SELL" <----hahaha...tomorrow Steve Shadows is coming out to personally tune my car and hope to make atleast 400whp for my daily:) Wish me luck...

Its not about peak power but more so, power under the curve that makes any car more enjoyable. I made this car as highway cruiser and didnt care too much for lag. Also the light weight of the car gets it off the line quickly.
