ok so when my car is completely cold and i go to start it, it trys to idle at like 200-500rpms, and stall out most of the time, so i have to keeep my foot on the gas to keep it from dying, but after like 30 seconds it will idle OKAY, around 1100rpms, i've tried messing with the idle screw, trust me, if i set the idle around 900 rpms, i revv it and it will try and stall out.

so i'm guesssing i need a new IACV?

does it have the potentiometer? Ive seen some ECUs depending on how they are wired show codes through the check engine light on the Dash

also check MAFS, unplug it and see if it idles better

^ This. Also if it's not check your CTS. Coolant temp sensor.

Start your car, the run to the intake mani and adjust the IACV or use NDS, and manually adjust the IACV to see if it helps. If it does go into base idle mode and set the base idle and timing. Then hit it with a light. problem fixed.

PS you could also check for codes.
