Bad brake booster?????

ok, here is my problem i changed my pads and my brake pedal was not hard at all i mean it goes straight to the floor, so i bled the brakes thinking there was air in it or something, and it still does the same thing, but now when i sit there and pump it the cars idle drops like the engine is gonna stall??

I have a 92 240sx coupe with a s13 Sr20det in it, any help is appriciated....
