Ok, time has come, turbo kit was parted out :(

I have some stuff left, so i'm selling it.

First off the major part...

I have a T3 turbo off a volvo 740 with a .42/.48 a/r. The turbine is in good condition with no shaft play at all. The only thing is that the turbine side leaks a little oil (just like pretty much EVERY old used stock turbo out there). Its nothing major and doesn't affect the performance at all, but it does smoke a bit and the smell in the cockpit isnt pretty if u are stopped at a traffic light. The rebuild kit to replace all the bearings and seals is about $70 and will fix the above problem. The turbo comes with an oil return flange and coolant fittings already on the turbo. One thing i forgot. One of the bolts that mounts turbine housing onto the mid section is missing, however it doesn't affect anything and the turbo doesnt' leak at that point.

I also have a custom downpipe which was made for revhard manifold and used on an s14. The downpipe has a fitting for o2 sensor and has an outlet for the egr, so u didn't have to deal with emission crap. The downpipe is also heat wrapped. Does not leak.

I also have a revhard manifold for an S14. The external wg opening is blocked, but can be opened any time if u decide to upgrade.

The revhard manifold and the downpipe are practically brand new. They were on my car for less than 15 miles. Don't let the rust fool you. Cast iron oxidizes really fast. If you would like i will clean it up for you, but expect the rust to be right back there 2 days later.

I want $210 for the turbo with the downpipe, and i will let the revhard mani go for $365 . I would like to sell this as a complete "kit" so people who want to buy the turbo or the manifold seperatly will have to wait untill i decide i can't get rid of this as a whole. Offers are welcome.

Now on to the lesser stuff:

4 370cc injectors - $125
Used 80mm Greddy mechanical boost gauge - $55 [pic1 (http://www.wam.umd.edu/~iminin/images/turbo/DSCF0013.JPG) :: pic2 (http://www.wam.umd.edu/~iminin/images/turbo/DSCF0014.JPG)]

Autometer Phantom Series 2 1/16" electronic gauges
Autometer A/F Gauge (http://www.wam.umd.edu/~iminin/images/turbo/DSCF0009.JPG) - $50 (with pod)
Autometer Oil Psi (http://www.wam.umd.edu/~iminin/images/turbo/DSCF0005.JPG) - $45
Autometer Oil Temp (http://www.wam.umd.edu/~iminin/images/turbo/DSCF0005.JPG) - $40

The gauges are used, but again less than 15 miles [pic]

Also have a K&N filter (again <15miles) with a 2.5" inlet. (http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=KNN%2DRD%2D0720) - $25

i'll take offers on everything, but plz no lowballers.

so why are you selling your turbo stuff? Did you blow your engine or something? What kind of performance numbers does this setup make?

reasons for sale: school is starting and it being last semester, i can't have any trouble with the car, nor have any downtime (only car, have to commute). I was supposed to finish it begining of july, but got a bunch of delays, so i only got it done about 2 weeks ago.

I didn't have time to test the setup, other than driving those several miles at about 4-5psi. The car behaved nicely and much faster than stock. The setup would probably make about 220-230rwhp at about 8psi of boost. At 10psi i'd upgrade the turbo and ic, and then u can prolly boost to about 14psi

lowered prices:

turbo + downpipe = $190
manifold = $350
injectors = $115

i have a friend who Might be interested. are u willing to sell the downpipe and manifold together?

can u fit a t3/t4 on this manifold?

Kreator

Yes. T3/T4 uses the same flange as the t3. More to that, the manifold will also accept a straight T4.

Now is he only interrested in manifold and downpipe or turbo as well? Reason is, the downpipe is turbo specific. It might be too small for a t3/t4.

kreator..got some questions if u dont mind answering? sorry friend dont have internet.

1. would it be wise to thermo coat this manifold/
2. how much is this retail?
3. do u have to relocate anything with this EM? with MY knowledge..ur suppose to relocate something but i cant remember

ill do a search but can u also answer these quetsions from ur exp?

thanks

sure np.

1. Not necessarily. The manifold doesn't come close to vital parts, so there is no real benefit.
2. Last time i checked, the retail was ~$450
3. Well, depending on the turbo, you can have a turbo lined up too close to a brake master cyllinder. With my turbo i didn't have to relocate anything and after a little bending i had about an inch gap between the closest brake line and the turbo exhaust side. IIRC t3/t4 has a larger compressor side while turbine stays the same. So i guess it'd clear as well.
