Slight shake

I have an s13 that shakes after 45mph, before that you cant really feel it, and after about 65mph or so it seems to go away as well.

I was thinking that maybe it was the tires/wheels out of balance. this is not the case

I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and could tell me what issues youve had or any insight?? thanks!

normally this would be the wheels needing a balance. If you did that already try moving the front wheels to the back and vice versa. And you could also check your wheel bearings for play.
