s13 speed sensor problem

i have an s14 sr in my s13 chassis, and my speedometer doesn't work...

i know the cluster works because it worked with my last s13 sr. but after i put this s14 sr in, it has never worked..

maybe its because i have an s14 speed sensor? i don't know if they are different... do i need an s13 speed sensor, even though i have a WC ecu?

is there a way to test the speed sensor for voltage or something?

ur suppose to use the speed sensor for your chasis , if anything check it may be its time to get a new or used one

well.. this motor used to be in an s13 chasis, and he claimed the speedo worked...

You got your answer, why are you debating it?

The speed sensor must match the cluster. Period. This has been discussed since the dawn of the internet.
