Sr20 Throttle Cable interchangeable?

Hi,
im running a blacktop s14 sr20det on my s14, i need to replace my throttle cable - p/n 18201-70F10.
All us part dealers don't carry it since it's a JDM part.
Is there a similar cable i can use which is identical (as in so many other nissan parts)?
or is there a vendor which usually carries JDM oem nissan parts (canadian even)?

will a ka24de throttle cable fit? no one is running a throtle cable here??

Unless you have a rhd car, you have to run the ka24 throttle cable as far as I know. I know I use it with no problems.

what did u originally have ????? lol use the ka cable unless ur rhd and even still u can probably use that i think

my car is an LHD, i originally used a JDM s14 throttle cable,which i can't find ANYWHERE...

yea use a ka one its the same thing. Hell lsx people use it too haha.
