Anywhere in cali good at rims work?

my buddy had a set of my rims and ended up hitting a mountian, im looking to get it fixed.

its a 1 piece rim and the rim is bent :( <-- really sad face!

also need them repainted and just make them look new ;) lol possible to titanium dip?
