What could it be? I took off my front cover to make sure everything was good and I still get nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

Thats what I took off the front cover to make sure was there. It wasn't but it is now, and still no pressure.

are you just trying to prime the engine and your not getting oil. or you fired it up and still got nothing?

I had a similar issue, when trying to prime it, I had the Oil filter filled up and was cranking it for like 45 mins with nothing even manually primed the block by pouring oil down the cam shaft feed hole, but still got nothing until we said fuck it and fired it up.

The second it fired up oil came out

Yes this is all while trying to prime the motor after a re-build. Well if you said that worked for you then hell ill try it.

is the oil pan dented at all by the oil pickup ? I had a similar issue and that was the culprit
