Fuck LA. I lived there last year. Worst year of my life. The "glam", the cars, whatever.....that place is a shit hole. The only thing i like about LA is the Lakers and Staples Center. Oh and Gaga needs to be institutionalized. Yesterday. and i agree, mainstream music is bullshit.

i know it's a pretty trendy thing in the jdm and euro scene to be into fatlace, flush stance, drifting, and stretching tires but thats not mainstream at all. its more like a popular subculture. if i walked around town and asked 100 people if they've heard of any of that i'd probably get like 99 no's and one yes lol. not concrete evidence but you catch my drift right?(pun intended).

yeah LA it is what you make of it.
there is cool stuff out there, but you have to make an effort.
only thing that I can say truly sucks is the cost of living out here.
even traffic is manageable to me because I just listen to more music.
that, and my commute to work each way is only 45mins, give or take.

You don't like one part of LA, you check out another area.
Lord forbid, I hate shitholes like Korea-town, boring ass Glendale/Burbank, and the San Fernando Valley.
I'm thankful, however, for Downtown, Culver City, Venice, Pasadena, etc.

About Gaga, well she's commercially successful.
She's making $$$, so what if she's not original?
If anything, I don't understand why ppl feel the need to be original.
Wish ppl would focus more on being happy, financially stable, and other more mature goals.
