If you still have the clutch-damper on your car rip that thing off like it's a snake biting your ass.

If you refuse to get rid of damper then you should put your front up higher then the rear like on ramps or something and bleed that way.

If you get rid of the clutch damper it'll take you like 2minutes to bleed it.

if you didnt disconnect the clutch hydrolics in any way, and the piston in the slave cylinder didnt come completely out during clutch change, you need to adjust the clutch pushrod UNDER the dash. climb under the dash standing on your head (no joke) and look at the clutch pedal. there is a threaded rod/nut that often needs adjustment when new clutch is installed. this adjusts the clutch pedal engagement point, but if its been adjusted alot due to worn clutch in past the stroke may not be correct with a new unit.

if the clutch hydrolics was opened (aka bleeder valve or clutch pedal pushed with no clutch) you gotta bleed it. the 1st few times you may have to push the clutch fork completely forward by hand with the bleeder opened and someone holding the clutch pedal down. to get enough air out to get the fluid flowing again. this will take several times, and watch that fluid container, suck in air and you start over.

hope thats some kinda help

IF its not building pressure then maybe its the inner seal. Mine went out, and I couldn't get my damn clutch to bleed. I just rebuilt it and it works fine now.... Check it out you never know.

I had the same problem. Had to use a vacuum pump first. Once the pedal had some pressure, you can bleed it normally.

Might be the front cover assembly, mine broke when I had my engine rebuilt and so did my freinds engine. We could actually engage his car a time or two but it never worked after the first or second time shifting if we had just bled it.

I'm guessing this is the part you're going to need.
