I paid him for the pistons on the 6 and I have yet to recieve anything

I paid him on the 5/oct. for bearings and the studs and nothing last text from him he said that was shipped with usps and had no tracking and now won't answer emails or calls.
There's a way to get in touch with him with someone else?
