95 5spd engine to 95 auto chassis help

So, I have a 95 s14 that was originally auto. It went through an SR + 5 speed swap, and now it's back to 95 KA. But this time, the KA came with a 5 speed harness, while the chassis still retains the auto harness.. Is this 5 speed harness suppose to plug right up to the s14 auto chassis harness? I was playing with the wiring and I couldn't figure it out...

For the tranny, I figured this much out... and I figure I can leave most of it off.

9 - alternator ground

14 - plugs right up to tranny
15 - plugs right up to tranny
16 - plugs right up to tranny
17 - help (2 wire plug)
18 - help (4 wire plug)

No. It will not plug in since the wiring you're looking for doesn't exist in the chassis.

Use the auto lower harness for your accessories, delete the rest. There are literally hundreds of writeups on this site.
