Hi there Enthusiasts, eh...

Right then, i am selling my car $8,000. 1990 S13 coupe. 2nd chassis with all the parts. I've invested about $25,000 & too much time and monie into it and for financial reasons I cannot continue the build.

NO lowballing. Don't waste your time and energy if you think it is too much. I don't want to hear it and you've got better things to do. And if you want to meet up to check out the car let me know. Weekends are probably best for me.

Digital speedometer OEm in working order with matching head up display. The car has a Silvia front end with projector headlights. Bumper is now in a bit worse shape, cracked down the middle. Ultra flat black rattle can paint job, shiny Seibon Vader carbon fiber hood, Hood pins Stock Sr redtop, fully stitch welded engine bay, new stage 2- 6 spring clutch 385lbs holding capacity. Rocker Arm Stoppers, oil catch can, Apexi intake, Blitz super sound blowoff valve, Godspeed intercooler rated at max 700hp, HKS actuator or waste gate, exhaust Flexpipe with Full Tanabe G exhaust. Engine dampener, Tanabe front & rear strut tower braces. Z32 aluminum calipers up front, steel braided brake lines all around, Megan racing 32 way adjustable coil overs. Tein inner outer tie rods, SPL or peak performance Tie rod, and a 2 way Tomei LSD. It rides on MB wheel A-tech weapons 17x9 with +27 offset & -2.5 camber up front stock adjustments to the rear. Inside there is S15 front bucket seats, Sparco steering wheel and shifter knob, Splash WorksBell quick release hub comes with lock(quick release hub is exactly Like the one team Orange uses). Interior is in fair condition the dash is cracked. Has all seat belts but no Stereo. NO LEAKS. Just got an alignment with purchase of 2 new rear tires. Front tires are good.

The bad news is that it has a Salvaged title, because it was junked after the first engine blew (KA). It has never had any body or frame damage. The owner before me bought it as soon as it was junked to build a drift car from it. Hell it is a perfectly CHEAP way to start. But then I bought it off him. Tags registration will not expire until next year.

This would make a great track car or project car. I know it might be a crazy price but it is pretty much finished except for a few things here and there. You can drive it on the street with no hassle from anyone. Inside looks stock. I never get pulled over in this thing. It is a sleeper.

I also have a safety 21 rollcage for it $600 dollars. More pics of the car on Flickr: 1990 Nissan 240SX Coupe for Sale - a set on Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/horaciozflores/sets/72157624444449977/)

Thanks Bwayan, We took a run through Las Flores canyon. It is a street in the Malibu area off of PCH or the 1 freeway if I'm correct. It's a few minutes north from Santa Monica. Hopefully I can sell it soon. The front bumper has taken a bit more damage since these pics but everything else is in good order.

Oh yes, and the transmission is a little rough around 3rd.

@ hungry4JDM

From a total of 2 builds. The first one had all the things this one had plus a 3,400 paint job. Went through 3 transmissions and Clutches already which isn't cheap (I drive hard, track daes were fun but destroys gears) replaced MOST suspension components twice since (On third set of front control arms) the accident messed some of the suspension parts ON THE OLD CAR. I basically built this car from whatever I could save from the last car. Which was actually not so bad. BUt it isn't cheap when you are taking things apart you realize a lot of older parts need replacing like the steering rack and ALL the bushings in the rear subframe, Brake master cylinder etc.

Before I dropped all the parts in I made sure the engine bae was prepped and for stitch welding and then painted. This car is way better. Found a working head up display unit which wasn't cheap either since most existing ones don't work. Basically everything in the engine bae was replaced with aftermarket or new OEM JDM parts. I prepped an painted the exterior myself on this one. Saved me a lot of dough.

Ah man, I don't want to write this story. I dumped loads of money in this build, just read the long list. If you don't get how much those things cost over the years then I can't help you realize the expense on parts over the past 5 years. From small things like steel braided brake lines to my old KA engine onto the SR that now sits under the Seibon Carbon fiber hood.

It is a hardtop coupe no moon roof or extra weight on top. I need it to be a sleeper cause it is my daily. I don't need any gauges, never had besides once cops see them they have a bit more reason to check under the hood. The Black interior looks stock aside from the $500.00+ S15 bucket seats I picked up at RB motoring. And the $700+ Sparco Works Bell/Splash quick release, with lock, and steering wheel.

The engine is strong, best engine I've ever had and it is stock except for the rocker arm stoppers. Engine upgrade wouldn't be difficult for whomever buys it. Proly just bolt on injectors, bigger turbo, and some management accessories since the intercooler is huge and the exhaust is 3" all the way through.

The things the car does need addressed however are the transmission. SOMETIMES it clanks into third. The alignment is good but if you want to dial in and get some two in the rear you need some aftermarket arms Back there. I don't bother with that since I like the tires at the rear with the most traction possible for wear and grip. It is hard to find a good transmission for these cars.

Drives like a precision instrument. In part of the stitch welds, the car is rigid, solid, fantastic on the track or canyons. I've let some friends drive it in the past and it scares them since they are not used to such a car. Their boring econo boxes are far removed from the brutish levels that performance cars like these can deliver.

I run the canyons mainly. I don't drift anymore because I'd rather not burn my cash on tires every month. It is too damn expensive so instead my setup is grip. I run 235 40 R17 up front and 255 45 R17 in the rear. FUCK! The grip through the twisty bits is a blast! That 2 way tomei LSD coupled with the fat rear tires launches the car through corners in a very addictive way. And in the rain The grip still comes through.

It is loads of fun but collections aren't gonna stop calling unless I can pae their banks back.

It goes around the dash like the cusco one, only it is black. It is scuffed up and missing some of the plates or spacers that go pancaked in between the car and the cage. They are like gaskets the bolts go around the corners. Some say you don't need them but if I had put the cage in I would have fabricated them since that is easy to do. Just outline each end's surface on a piece of cardboard and the cut the pieces from sheet metal or aluminium.

I was actually thinking of making a formula D cage from this one. Fabricate the rest of the cage that meets regulations and weld in whatever is left from this one into the car.

@ Paukert11

Keep saving, I need the cash so I won't let it go for cheaper. It might be with me for a while though! It is my daily and the only car I have to get to work.

NO trades! Dude! unless it is a GOOD 2k car (that I like) and you give me 6k to make up the dif.

about the pics, OK, I'll see where I have those and put them up on the flickr link in a bit. Damn being paranoid held me from initially doing so.

I once got pulled over on a canyon and the cop asked me if I had and RB under the hood... What's and RB? I says, cause I have an SR, D'oh. BUt he was the coolest dude just said to be careful and let me go.

I just posted some pics of the engine bae. It is an old crappy iPhone photo. Sadly It is all I got. I don't really have any engine bae pics, i think it is cause I've seen the damn thing too many times.
