FS/FT 01 Jetta GLX 12v VR6

This is kind of just a feeler but definatly willing to make a deal. I have a 2001 Jetta VR6 12v with 148,XXX miles runs great. It has black leather and wood grain interior, heated/power seats, and power sun roof. If you know anything about the VR6 there is a tick noise that all of them have so of course mine has it too. I'm just looking to get back into 240s because who doesnt love RWD. So just shoot me an offer.

Front and Rear Votex bumpers
Badgeless Grille
Carbonfiber hood
Black housing head lights w/ eyelids
Magnaflow cat back exhaust

Cons: Cracked windshield
Needs rear view mirror
E-brake doesnt work
Minor dings here and there
A/C doesnt work ( i think i may know what the problem is though)

I'm willing to fix any of the problems but just shoot me some offers with it as-is or fixed which ever just let me know.
