Burnt pfc

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but does anyone know if this is salvagable. It only looks like that big chip and the tiny next to are burnt but the unit does nothing. Anything input helps, thanks guys.

i wouldnt get my hopes up if i were you. usually electronic boards like that are replace only. if you can buy the proper components and replace them yourself then its worth a shot.
