Speedometer help! not a swap question

so i have nissan 2000nx, in short my vehicle speed sensor wasnt working, went to replace it, the old one broke off in the trans.... i dont feel like dropping the trans to extract it, is there speedometer on the market that works like the ones for bikes do with a magnet or what ever? id like to have a gauge instead of looking at a gps or something? anyhelp would be awesome! and yes i know i should just drop the trans and replace it..... but ill wait for the swap so until then:gives: thanks guys!

really? where would you put the magnet AND how would you calibrate it to a car? unless the swap is coming in the next week than dont worry about it, if not just pull your trans out bro, or stick with the speedometer on the gps usually says your going 2mhp than you really are

yeah searching for days has found me nothing, i guess im just gonna end up using a gps, what a pain this has been...

Why do you need to pull the trans to extract it? I'm pretty sure that if my SR speed sensor went bad and gave me a hard time coming out that I could win that fight. Is it impossible to reach due to Fwd?
