s14 rear quarter panel removal?

has anyone here attempted to remove/replace their s14's rear quarter panel(s) back to oem? if so, was it difficult? any suggestions? tutorials? any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Start drilling and cutting. Simple as that.

The new OE panel will show you where all the lines are when you get it.
