Fond some spare wheels, what are they???

Found a set of spares and was wondering what model they are??? I know that it says PRIME on the center caps but I couldn't find anything! They kind of look like WORK EQUIP line???

if you clean em up and pop the center cap off, they may look alright as far as cheap rims go.
