Malicious adds? (Audio playing and launching on mouse over ones)

I'm totally not a fan of these, but unsure if you guys "allow" them under normal conditions. This is just the one I was patient enough to get the info on and a screenshot of. The offending add is apparently not a joke, and seems totally legit :rolleyes:
