Hello,

I have a VLSD removed from a 1990 300zx Differential. I would say it has approximately 90K miles. I had this installed in my 1990 240sx and it ran extremely well with the Pre-96 J30 axles, I have upgraded to a new LSD and no longer need this one. It still has plenty of bite and life left to it.

How hard is it to swap this into the 240 pumpkin?

I would rate it between a 4-6 depending on your tools and knowledge about what your are doing.
Its really 4 bolts and making sure the backlash is set correctly. I'm including the spacers that kept mine within spec, but you may have to use your eixisting spacers depending on your differential.
