First, I am not an electrical guru. So after checking for blown fuses, and not finding any. Thats about as far as I know to go.

Here's the deal, car was running fine. Had been in storage for a bit. So I pulled it out and found a little water in the fuel cell. So I drained that off and flushed the surge tank and lines. I also had a loose intercooler pipe.
Once I had all these fixed. I tried to start the car and got no spark.
I am getting fuel, the spark plugs are covered in it.
The coil packs have good ground.
The coil packs are getting the signal from the ignitor chip.
That only leaves one more wire to stab. Yup, the positive supply, I am only getting .3 volts to the ignitors, all of them, are they supposed to get 12 volts?.

Can someone please help me figure out what went wrong with my car from the last time I drove it and shut it off working fine. How do I start to diagnose this lack of voltage to the coils?

positive supply should be 12 volts. make sure you have the right one though.

check your batter connections and battery ground to chassis.

If that's ok it might be in your harness somewhere...

All of them? I think you tested power to each coil pack. check your actual igniter. should be located near the strut tower.
