Ok so once its all warmed up and i drive for about 5 minutes, I release the gas and let it slowly crawl down to idle RPM, then once it reaches the 1000rpm mark the car drops to 600 and then rises to 900, and just keeps fluxing like that 600/900/600/900/600/900 and then it stops when I come to a complete stop, Ive cleaned the MAF, AAC, IACV and fixing all vacuum leaks, so far doing all that make no difference, although it does make the problem less aggressive, but I still can't drive it normally, cuz the whole car will shake back and forth when the flux happens, what should I do?!?!?

Volt meter.., at idle it should be between .40-.50v but .42-.44v are usually the best reults for setting.

ok so I narrowed it down, its not any electrical equipment failures, so that means somethings clogged, alraedy cleaned AAC and IACV what else is there that could be clogged and causing my problem?

ok heres a more precise description, once the cars all warmed up and all that, and I've been driving for 5 minutes or so, I let off the gas to let the car return to idle, on the RPM, once the needle hits idle (about 900rpm) the needle will bounce, and the car will go back and forth back and forth, could it really be the fuel filter?
