5th gear grinds

just notice i have a slight grind while shifting into 5th and sometimes into 4th other gears go in fine and its also kinda rough pulling it out of 5th gear sometimes it wont grind if i push it in slowly but when i shift regular u can feel it grind also down shifting from 5th to 4th sometimes grinds will bad syncros cause this problem or am i just low on tranny fluid

considering it only happens in 5th and 4th gear, it sounds like synchros but i would flush the fluid and throw in a half a quart of lucas oil stabilizer then top off with regular gear oil and it should help get a little more life out of it.
