Curbage/chewed up thread

So this is my first post, though I've been trolling this site for quite a while. I really like what y'all have been doing, and it's inspired me to do quite a few things to my 300zx. But with going low and wide, there are some consequences... I'd like to see pic's and hear what has happened to you guys. I ate thru a brand new tire after going over my first bump with my car slammed (no longer very low). I also let my dad drive my car while I've been at school and he curbed, slightly (really just a chip), one of my wheels. But regardless it didn't make me feel so great

I would personally change that tire with ply showing. I would also thoroughly check the sidewall on curbage on the first pic. Not worth getting a blowout on high speeds for an $80 replacement.
