last week i thought i had a problem with my engine or turbo, but i was wrong. &nbsp;When i got it checked out they said it was the gasket between the turbo and the downpipe. &nbsp;Well today i was headed back from my sisters place and i didn't get any boost at all. &nbsp; The turbo didn't kick in at all, and once the car got past 3500 rpm the car didn't even go really quickly after that. &nbsp;It seemed like the car was lacking the air after 3500 rpm. &nbsp;I the air fuel gauge was really rich at that time.. I won't get my exhaust till next week so i think i will be riding it out like that for 1.5 weeks. &nbsp;Any suggestions?<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>?

What does getting your exhaust have to do with the gasket between the turbo flange and the downpipe? &nbsp;Your exhaust will connect to your premuffler, which is a downpipe and a muffler downstream. &nbsp;Get a new gasket now, why wait.

I agree with Crazycuban.. &nbsp;Do it now. &nbsp;Your running rich because something is wrong with the turbo. &nbsp;It's probably not spinning, or is being bogged down severly, and it's not allowing any air to go in. &nbsp;If the turbo doesn't spin, then you have a severely restriced situation. &nbsp;Sounds like it could be more trouble than you think.

well guys.. i was wrong about the gasket between the turbo and down pipe.. it the gasket between the turbo and manifold.. i am having someone look at it this weekend.. i need to get gasket fabricated or ordered.. &nbsp;thanks for helpp.. turbo is fine.. &nbsp;thanks
