Completely false. Stock longblock 2JZ-GE's have gone 9's. It's a TT Supra headgasket, standalone, fuel system, FMIC, and whatever turbo setup you want to install away from greatness.

The only thing on NA cars that breaks easily is the trans, and he's gotten that squared away with the Getrag 6-spd from a TT Supra, which is NOT cheap.

Cool car, saw it on SF, hope it finds a good home!
