safe wheel spacing

im getting coilovers this weekend and i have the stock s13
alloy rims. i know i need spacers but i was wondering how
big of spacers i can run without getting new studs, and will it
be enough to clear the coilovers.

dont use more than a 5mm conventional spacer on stock studs. Not sure if its enough or not.

im using 5mm i wouldnt go larger then that

bolt ons are a-ok too
ive use 30 and 20mm ones
