you can fix the a/c running on the highest level by changing the resistor. i had the same problem in my kouki as well. i bought it from some dude parting out the car for 5 bucks =p.

Can you do a Carfax report? Do you know when the accident occurred? I MIGHT be interested, but the salvaged title makes me a bit hesitant. If you could post the Carfax report it might make people a little more at ease. If it was more recent rather than when the car was newer anyway. Thanks.
