hello, this is for my s14.
-so my car was broken into & the aftermarket cd player (which was in the car when i bought it) was stolen.
-i was left with a bunch of wires/connections...
-the thieves stole the amp for my subwoofer, but for now i just want my stereo to work...
-i was given a stock cd player & tried to connect what i could, but there appears to be a few connections left, take a look:
http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_oUK2Frhh6kw/TIGpfYbJYJI/AAAAAAAAAA8/OYEUL8mTyAo/s320/CIMG4543.JPGthere seems to be perhaps the female connections here missing something?
http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_oUK2Frhh6kw/TIGpf55dMBI/AAAAAAAAABE/5lOvBML8iEU/s320/CIMG4545.JPGhere you see the 2 wires for the subwoofer, & there is also an unknown blue wire above and behind the 2 purple subwoofer wires.
http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_oUK2Frhh6kw/TIGpgXcMUWI/AAAAAAAAABM/XtK-EtChhko/s320/CIMG4546.JPGlastly, this thing?

-the 2 connections i have attached currently are allowing the cd player to illuminate (by pressing power i can see the radio station, etc...)

SO, help me please!
-what am i missing?!
-what do i need to do.
-anyone know what the blue wire is?
-or the wire upon the skateboard?
thanks so much, brethren! :D

also, if youre not sure how to advise me, perhaps one could just provide pictures of what their stock audio looks like so that i may tell what connections are missing? thanks~

you pluged it correctly

the other wires (rca) are for preamp connection for aftermarket cd player
the blue wire is the remote turn on wire( also for amp and use wiht aftermarket cd playeR)

the little T thingy is your antenna adapter also for aftermarket cd player

leave both of them unpluged

it should work as is the way you have it pluged up right now

check your "room lamp" fuse if it still doesnt work

If you're trying to get it to work like that, out of the dash, it won't. The unit grounds through the chassis, with it sitting out, not screwed into the dash there is no ground.
