•Description:
Up for sale is my 1985 Toyota Corolla GTS 'AE-86". It has around 127,XXX miles on the odometer and from what the previous owner said, it could be incorrect. The odometer still rolls fine and it doesnt bother me, but it I want it to be known that it might be incorrect. This is the RWD model with the twin cam 4AGE motor. Car is currently running very good, starts up every morning. Ive gotten a lot of compliments on the car even in the rought state that it is in (paint wise). The car is schedule to be painted within the week and the price will be a little higher. If the right deal comes along, Ill let it go prior to paint. The car is an original GTS, not a conversion. Titke is in hand.
The car has:
-J-Blood sideskirts and a rare USDM rear lip. No one knows who makes it but it fits very well and like stated before, rare.
-Has the factory GTS spoiler, KYB rear shocks, and lowered in the front. it has rear wiper, disc brakes all around, factory oil cooler, stock LSD, power steering and also comes with a quick release..
Since Ive owned it i have installed:
-a new USDM drivers side turn signal (passenger is JDM)
-XXR 15X8 +0 wheels
-195-50s up front and 205-50s in the rear
-tuner lug nuts
-Sparco Pro 2000 seat with custom rails
-takata harness
-MOMO deep corn steering wheel
-mini amp (powers up 2 15X9 speakers and my IPOD).
The car is 25 years old, so it does have some issues; has rust in regular corolla places, the vehicle has some wiring issues with the running lights and headlight motors (I keep them up all the time), the rear lip has a crack but is stitched up atm, rear spoiler has one mounting point that has to be fixed (was planning on getting the TRD wing which replaces everything) rear drivers side tail light is cracked (although no white light shows), will need tires soon, the dashboard is cracked, and some missing interior pieces.
The interior is very clean and I had the carpet washed/cleaned before re-installing it. This car is very fun to drive and a good start for a drift fan or someone that wants a fun daily driver that gets awesome gas miliage. The AE-86s are getting more and more rare everyday. Here's your chance to snag one up! Real GTS!!!!!!! I can remove stuff to lower the price. Thanks.
