Well i searched and couldnt really find anything similiar,well my shifter has been shaking really bad when i take off threw 1st and 2nd gear,i thought my transmission mount was going out so i changed it out and it didnt make a differance,my motor mounts are still good,i jacked up the car and everything seemed good,it only does it in low rpms?Thanks

i am thinking it could be wheel hop I'm not 100% sure on that.. i expirence the shifter shake in my car all the time on hard launches.

Stock shifter and it shakes on jus a regular take off no hard take offs

try changing you trans mount and the shifter bushing

its more than likely the shifter bushing i just finally changed mine after 2 years of shaking and rattling

I was having the same issue, and later found out that the bushing on my drive shaft was done creating a vibration on the shifter

Yup, shifter bushing. I have a couple stock shifters laying around, if you want one, pm me.

I aready changed out my tranny mount,I never changed out the shifter bushing any good write ups around or tips on how to?

Unbolt the six or eight 12mm bolts on top of the shifter. Remove shifter. Bushing is on the end of the shifter. Pull it off. Reinstall.

You might as well change it to a solid bushing:

Yeah, go with a metal shifter bushing for sure. Cusco makes one.

i have shaking on my isis shifter. The weight that is put on the shifter itself vibrates because it has like 1/4mm of gap between the lockrings on the top and bottom. I believe you can ziptie the black rubber shift boot below the weight.
