FS: Garrett 3071R .64 A/R

I just bought this turbo from Brian W from which it was taken from JR's S13, where it was only ran twice. *It works awesome. *But I want a smaller turbo setup for this car.

So my loss is your gain.

Its a Garrett 3071 .64 A/R turbo with a stock manifold on it. The nuts are tack welded in place to prevent separation.

Spins perfect and everything.

Which nuts are tack welded? The ones that bolt it to the stock manifold or the down pipe?
