S13 Hatch FS

I have an S13 hatch for sale. It is a 90 model with 77000 original miles. However the title is rebuilt due to a front end collision a while back. The motor is also not original either. It is a SOHC KA in the car now. The car has a body kit which was painted to match a while back, however since then the body kit has been cracked in the back and chipped in the wheel wells a little exposing the light green primer underneath the burgandy paint. The roof is not black. It is dark blue. There are several chips throughout the paint job due to poor prep. However from a distance the car looks pretty clean. There is an MSD blaster ss coil under the hood, and some random cold air intake. Whoever did the wiring did a crappy job. There are several wires that go to nothing, and the 02 wires are not attached to the 02 sensor. For a single cam the motor runs smooth. No top end noise like lifters tapping or anything like that. Sounds good. There is a broken bolt in the head from the manifold though, which created an exhaust leak. The car has a full 2-1/2 inch back exhaust. This includes an aftermarket cat, resonator and magnaflow muffler/canister. Car has a nice deep tone. Sounds good. Not raspy by any means. For some reason the dash gauges and ac controls do not work. I don't know why. Can't figure it out. Car has had a new Spec 3 clutch and oem resurfaced flywheel installed last week. 25 miles on it maybe. Also last week we put a new Z32 fuel filter on, spark plugs in, Mobile 1 oil change, Mobile 1 tranny fluid change, Royal Purple diff fluid change, and Prestone coolant change. There is also a J30 differential installed in the car. H4 headlight conversion. The interior is very clean with two cracks in the dash, all black interior. Tweed removed from the doors, and S14 seats installed. Clean back seat also. Even the trunk is very clean. This is a base model car with no sunroof and no power options. Hood for the motor has a home made vent cut into it with fiberglass reinforced sides. No rear wiper or wing on this car. Engine bay is baby blue. For some reason at about 4500 rpm's the car is cutting out. Fuel cut. Don't know why. Someone said MAF, someone else said fuel pump, everyone has opinions, however I am not sure what it is. Other than that the car runs smooth. Couldn't hurt to replace the motor mounts or tranny mount.
