Ok guys, Ive been trough FSM, zilvia, google etc. etc. but cant find it:

Since a few days my bov stays open at idle and idle is rough. Normal driving is bad/bogging and vacuum dropped to -0,5 bar were -0,8 bar is normal. Under normal driving and idle it runs pig rich => open bov dumping metered air.

First replaced the forge bov springs but even de red one with 3 spacers didnt keep it shut so there must be some serious vacuum on the line here... which is strange since my boostgauge says the opposite.

All the other stuff runs normal hence checked with Datascan.

Idea: IACV.

Idle screw doesnt solve the problem. Cleaned IACV but no solution so far.
Friend of mine thinks its the aicv stuk open so no vacuum is generated for the idle-vacuumline and therefor more vacuum to keep the bov open.

Any advice is welcome since i think i tried a lot of things but none cured the problem.

Thanx guys.

Gave the aac valve a hit with a hammer and some more cleaning and seesm to work wel afterwards.

Car idles better and doesnt want to die went put into timing mode with consult.

BOV is yet still open ad idle and vacuum is still a bit low.

Now one of the rubber o-rings inside the bov is gone but I doubt this could be the culprit?

is waste gate stuck open or bov vacumm lines run correctly?

IACV seems to work fine, lines are on the same place as months before.
Things I changed since working ok before: 740cc / z32 maf / gt2871r.

Car is running better now but still the question;

Where is the vacuum coming from to overpowr the bov spring? Especialy since vacuum is lower then normal. The spring doesnt get weaker when the o-ring is gone is it..

Damn... I figgered out a lot of stuff but this one...
