look like kouki 97 base model rims.

Kouki S14's came with them as well.

I believe the G20's were different from the 180sx/S14.

The ones on my G20T are glossy silver/polished lip whereas 180sx/S14 were that wrinkle silver.

they do. I think the OP has G20 wheels. I believe the Kouki 180sx/S14 Kouki base were +35

these are indeed 180sx/kouki base model wheels

g20's wheels have like a little dome for where the center cap rest. 180sx does not
