Background:
Car was originally a Texas car brought up here to IL. Went through one winter at the dealership, but every since then it has always been garage kept and spent most of the 4 years I have owned it under Florida weather.
The car originally had a 7M-GTE Auto. I swapped a 1JZ-GTE 5-Speed into it shortly after getting the car. The 1JZ crapped out on me due to a machinist not boring my cylinders correctly. I then opted to go with a 2JZ-GTE. I picked up the motor locally from someone here on the forums. I rebuilt the entire motor from top to bottom, except for the turbo's.
Car has not had any accidents and has a clean car fax report, you more than welcome to run one on the car. I have done all the work myself, some of you here on the forums know are familiar with my work. I do my own work and that I do it right the first time.
Current Status:
Car pulls hard. Sequential operation working perfectly (smokes a little after a hard pull). Heater works fine. A/C works fine (You will need to replace one sensor and a low pressure hose). I can drive the car to Texas and not have a worry on my mind about anything. Everything run's reliably to get you anywhere you need to go. Car has made cross-country trips without any problems. Absolutely no rust on the sub-frame or frame rails. Targa Seals are good. Car does not leak oil, water, nothing. Runs perfectly.
