I've reached a point in my life where driving this car is no longer practical.
I would like to trade it for your STOCK 98+ GS300.
The car is a 1995 base model S14 that has an S13 SR20DET that was recently swapped in by a friend and I. All the wiring and modification was done by me with the exception of the intercooler piping that was extended by Josh at Viktek. The car has working AC, and has not seen anything more than what the factory boost solenoid allows (11psi). I swapped the engine in then life caught up to me so I never had a chance to track the car. The car has never been drifted and have never seen a track day.
The car currently has valid California plates and registration/inspection. I have the California title (non-salvage, non-rebuild etc.) in hands and is ready for transfer. I am currently in the Dallas, TX area so any transaction would have to be somewhere near.
Engine:
. Greddy rocker arm stoppers.
. ARC blow off valve.
. All new hoses and gaskets with the exception of the headgasket.
. New front-cover/oil-pump.
. New upgraded exhaust manifold studs and nuts.
. Saikou Michi oil catch can.
. Front mount intercooler.
. Oil relocation kit with oil cooler.
. New thermostat
. New water-pump.
. 80mm RSR downpipe.
. 80mm RSR EXMAG exhaust.
. 3" Catco catalytic converter (will also come with an uninstalled straightpipe).
. Exdedy stage 2 clutch.
. Mishimoto aluminum radiator.
. Nismo and SPL steering rack bushings.
. Nismo engine and transmission mounts.
. Topspeed aluminum intake (uninstalled at the moment).
. Circuit Sports steel braided oil and water hoses.
. Upgraded S14 waterneck for accessibility.

. Navan front bumper with all the working amber lights and factory plastic mesh for the fog lights.
. Navan grill.
. Vented hood.
. Kouki sideskirts.
. JDM Kouki rear bumper.
. Kouki tail lights.
Suspension, brake, wheels, other:
. Z32 aluminum calipers fronts and rears.
. SPL steel braided line.
. Axxis Ultimate pads.
. Working Z32 parking brake with R33 cables (will need readjustment).

. ARP extended wheel studs front and rear.
. Atech 17x9 Competitions with 255/40/17 Falkens.

***I was working on a custom Koni 8611/8610 setup so I had to use this to hold me over. The Koni setup can be negotiable***
. JDM kouki DIN gauges with working oil pressure and voltage. I did not hooked up the boost gauge.

The paint obviously needs some love. I have the receipts for almost if not all of the parts I have listed. I also have a lot of extra new and spare parts that I can add depending on what you have to trade.
I will not trade my car for anything other than a 98+ GS300. I am a reasonable person so hopefully we can work something out. Private message is the best way to reach me. VIN numbers will be provided at your request. Thank you all for looking.

The vehicle will be sold trade AS IS. If I add or modify anything on the car I will provide receipts and notify the potential owner.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the car has a Walbro fuel pump as well as a new O2 sensor. The headlights has just been polished and Xpel applied.
