I have an s13 with a ka-t. It wont stay running. It was running fine until i replaced the turbo. The day i parked it, it ran fine. Then it sat for two weeks while the new turbo came in and whatnot. I put the new turbonetics t3/t04e on (same thing as i had before, only brand new) and go to start it... now it runs like piss. The best way to show u what its doing is with a video...

YouTube - sspx0865.avi (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ndmu-qw38U)

Here is the list of things that i have replaced/checked so far

No clogs in the IC piping
MAF is good
o2 is good
Temp sensor is good
Resistance across injectors are good
No blown fuses
Car has good vacuum
Fuel pressure test, 10psi while primed and not running, 41psi when it fires up
Replaced the fuel pump with a new walbro 255 anyway
Replaced fuel filter
Cap and Rotor is good
Spark plugs look ideal
Coil pack is good

Its been a 3 weeks since it was last running and im totally stumped.

Thats something i forgot to mention as well. There are no boost leaks. Even if there is, the maf is blow through. I could have almost every intercooler pipe off the car and it wouldnt affect the way it runs since the air isnt metered until like a foot before the throttle body

check your engine management fuse even if the fuse tests ok take it out see if its alright or not, and if the fuse is fine check the wiring underneath the fusebox on engine management

It wont run in safe mode either. I've also tried putting a new maf on it with no results
