how to route speaker wire thru door?

can anyone help me out on how to route speaker wire thru the door?? i know probably noob and stupid question... but, i've been at it for 2-3 hours and i can't seem to figure out an easy way.... or yeah... please help..

um.....Why not just use the pre-existing holes the wiring harness goes through?
